The family-friendly Villa Bella Roca is located on a well-kept hillside plot on the edge of the quiet mountain village of Galilea in the west of Mallorca. The terraced outdoor area offers numerous seating, sunbathing and dining options in the shade and in the sun. The pool and the various cosy relaxation areas along the south-facing holiday home offer sensational views across the hilly landscape to the sea. There is a barbecue area with a brick barbecue and a mobile, high-quality gas barbecue, a lovely playground and a football pitch for children. The villa is also ideal for active holidaymakers who come to Mallorca for hiking or cycling: there is a sauna and a fitness room and your holiday home is surrounded by the most beautiful hiking and cycling trails in the Serra de Tramuntana.

The interior of the holiday villa is furnished with pleasant, high-quality furniture and offers plenty of comfort. The living room on the ground floor is located in the tower. It is furnished with cosy sofas and offers fantastic views through the round windows. Two steps higher and connected to the living room via an arch is the spacious, modern kitchen with integrated dining room and access to the outside area. One of the many architectural highlights of this holiday home is the gallery above the kitchen. It houses a small library and an inviting reading corner. The ground floor also houses one of the four double bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom and a guest WC. The remaining three sleeping areas are located on the upper floor. Thanks to the hillside location, the upper level also offers direct access to further sun terraces and lovely places to relax in the shade. The entire house is equipped with air conditioning and heating and offers a pleasant indoor climate all year round. The small village of Galilea is located just 30 km west of Palma in the heart of the Tramuntana mountains. Shopping facilities can be found in Puigpunyent, 5 km away, or in Calviá, 10 km away. The sandy beaches of Peguera and Santa Ponsa can be reached by car in 25 to 30 minutes.
