The garden, which has a privacy screen, is all yours during your holiday. And you can choose whether you want to relax on the comfortable loungers or sit at the table under a roof on the terrace. In the evening, you may feel like firing up the barbecue and preparing Mediterranean delicacies. From the balcony on the first floor, you have an even more beautiful view over the garden and into the neighbourhood. There are two ways to enjoy a refreshing drink: Either stroll to the nearby sea and find a nice spot on the beach. Or you can take a few steps to the pool. The surrounding sun terrace offers plenty of space so that you don't get in the way of other swimmers. But perhaps you would prefer to dry off in the sun in the garden in front of the villa?

The covered terrace leads directly into the living-dining room, which is pleasantly cool thanks to the floor tiles, furniture and colour scheme. This is definitely a great place to relax indoors and eat together. On particularly warm days, it can be nice to retreat to the air-conditioned rooms for a while. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need for independent self-catering on holiday. There is also a bathroom with shower on the ground floor. The three bedrooms, two doubles and one single, are located on the upper floor of this villa in Mallorca, as is the second bathroom. You have access to the balcony from one of the bedrooms. The villa is equipped with satellite TV and WLAN, a music system and DVD player round off the entertainment options. Centrally located and close to the beach, contemporary and equipped with a communal pool and large sun terrace: all this is offered by the pleasant Villa Lago, which is located in the middle of a well-kept urbanisation in Alcúdia on Mallorca. If you wish, you can simply leave your hire car at home, as shopping facilities, restaurants and the beautiful beach of Alcúdia are all within walking distance.
