The villa offers air-conditioned bedrooms with a double bed on the ground floor and two single beds on the upper floor. The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with modern appliances and there are two bathrooms. The large living room has German satellite TV, a fireplace and a dining area.
The outbuilding offers privacy with a living room with sofa bed, a bathroom and an upstairs bedroom with two single beds.
"Ses Contesas" offers marvellous views and is located near the bay of Alcúdia, just 5 km from the beautiful coastal golf course "Alcanada Golf". The nearest supermarket and the old town of Alcúdia can be reached on foot in just 5 and 10 minutes respectively. The bay of Alcúdia can be reached in just 5-10 minutes by car, while the beautiful beaches of Sa Marina, Es More and Coll Baix are only a short drive away. Some of the more secluded bays, such as Coll Baix, can be reached quickly by hire car.
