The newly built stone villa "Es Triquet" is located near the town of Binissalem in the Pla de Mallorca. This rural, beautiful region is full of vineyards, orange and almond trees. You can go to Binissalem to shop for your daily needs. On Fridays there is a weekly market with regional products. Due to the central location, close to an audible road, you can quickly reach the capital Palma, as well as the beaches, such as Cuidad Jardin.
Electricity is payable in cash on site.
Please note that no youth groups or stag or hen parties are accepted at this property. A youth group at this property consists of people under the age of 23. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or stag/hen party as your booking will be refused after booking, which may be on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not receive a refund.
