This luxurious villa is ideal for couples, families and groups who love something special, as well as for companies looking for an extravagant location for employees or business partners. The property fulfils all aesthetic and functional requirements. Hasta La Vista scores with cool understatement. As soon as you drive up the hill on a somewhat dusty road, you will see a multi-storey main building to the right and left with two flatter natural stone extensions where you can park your car comfortably. Everything points to the size and style of the property, but not to the beauty and cool, classic elegance that lies behind it. Manicured green spaces provide a wonderful contrast and make the spacious property appear even brighter. Who wouldn't want to walk down the steps to the pool at least once, drop their bathrobe and dive in ... You can quickly wash off the salt water in the outdoor bathroom with shower (under the pool). Spacious terraces on different levels, some covered, and a shady pergola invite you to laissez-faire. High-quality sun loungers, some with extra tops and parasols, are generously distributed throughout the property; a large white lounge corner also ensures a perfect time outdoors. Your thoughts will travel far with the clouds or creative ideas will come out of nowhere. In the covered, fully equipped outdoor kitchen, you can quickly prepare snacks or meals together and even have a cool refreshment to hand at all times. The perfect holiday!

The inside of the house reveals many treasures. And there are many. Like the professional high-gloss kitchen, for example, which looks like it's straight out of a Miele advert: white paint, worktops where you can see yourself, the long dining table that's perfect for work meetings, exclusive accessories such as a Miele coffee machine - everything has been thought of here. Sofas in stylish grey or warm raspberry red invite you to relax, take a short siesta or watch football on TV. Minimalist accents and wooden elements provide the right setting for the simple elegance. From the entrance to the left, a long corridor leads to the first, wheelchair-accessible bedrooms, each with a state-of-the-art bathroom (one with a bathtub), elegant wooden beds and direct access to the terrace. Splashes of colour perfectly accentuate the discreet furnishings. Upstairs there are five further bedrooms with bathrooms, all en-suite, and three with access to a large terrace. The house has two further flats on the pool level, each with two bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms for eight more people. These units can be booked additionally, further information on request. For a possible fee, you can also organise celebrations of all kinds such as weddings and other events in the villa, but these require the prior consent and agreement of the owner.

Of course, this villa is also the perfect starting point for discovering the beautiful south-east of the island in comfort: The small, picturesque Felanitx, almost just around the corner, beckons with its narrow streets, cafés, one of Mallorca's oldest churches and the liveliness of the weekly Sunday market. Sailing fans will get their money's worth in the impressive natural fishing harbour of Portocolom and can dream of their great voyage across the seven seas in quaint bars, pubs and typical Mallorcan restaurants. The town itself is well worth a visit thanks to its historic old town. Mallorca's natural and sometimes inaccessible beaches and bays are also within easy reach and are just waiting to be explored. The name of the villa says it all: you will want to come back!
Hasta la vista until next time! Classic elegance in perfection: The spacious Hasta la Vista villa, built in 2015, with pool, several levels of terraces and luxurious furnishings, is situated in a secluded location on a hill and is therefore absolutely peaceful. As Felanitx and Manacor are nearby, it is well connected to shops and restaurants. The wonderful views of the interior of the island and the surrounding mountains make the property an ideal place for wellness holidays and creative time-outs; beautiful beaches are only 15 km away.
