The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, while the spacious living and dining area offers comfort and style. Three air-conditioned bedrooms promise restful nights. A highlight is the conservatory, which offers a beautiful view of the garden and is ideal for dining or relaxing.
"Comptesses Petit" is located in the north-eastern foothills of the Tramuntana mountains, close to the bay of Alcúdia and just a 10-minute walk from the old town of Alcúdia. It is only 5 km from the beautiful coastal golf course "Alcanada Golf". Partly secluded bays such as Coll Baix or Es Barcares can be reached quickly by car. The villa is an ideal starting point for hikers and cyclists.
Please note that no youth groups or stag or hen parties are accepted at this property. A youth group at this property consists of people aged [30] years or younger. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party as your booking will be refused after booking, which may be on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not receive a refund.
