Cycling enthusiasts will love the finca's proximity to a well-known cycle path, the Camí d'es Brasals. This route connects Alcúdia with Pollença.

The tasteful Villa Can Ferrer is located in the beautiful north of Mallorca in a dreamlike rural location. Surrounded by fields and meadows, it is wonderfully quiet and idyllic here. You can easily do your everyday shopping in Alcúdia, just 1.5 km away, where you will find a supermarket, a cash machine, a pharmacy and many other shops. The sea is also just 700 metres away as the crow flies.
