The historic ambience was preserved with great attention to detail during the extensive renovation and enhanced with discreet, minimalist decorative elements. This also includes the shimmering turquoise pool. After swimming a few laps, you can rinse off under the outdoor shower and then take a seat on a lounger on the sun-drenched terrace. In front of the house with its imposing quarry stone façade, a veranda provides pleasant shade for an afternoon coffee and chat. The outdoor area even has its own toilet, so you can easily spend most of your time in the fresh air. A garden with a wide variety of plants refreshes the soul and ensures that families in particular quickly feel at home in this property. In the evening, a mobile barbecue is at your disposal if you would like to cook up the senses tantalising conquests of a day at the market.

The typical Mallorcan quarry stone also characterises the interior of the house. It can be found within the historic walls and the rooms exude a matching, understated elegance in every corner. The cosy living room also has a spacious dining table where you can enjoy your meals prepared in the perfectly equipped kitchen. The kitchen itself is ready for breakfast in the morning with a small table. The sofa in the living room can be pulled out if required. There is also a tastefully decorated bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs are the three double bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds. The owners have dispensed with superfluous frills to create a very clean living atmosphere.

This is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy day trips in the beautiful surroundings. The villa is well connected to the road network, so traffic can be audible. However, you are mobile and flexible here: the old town of Palma, where you can buy fresh delicacies at the market on Fridays, for example, is around 18 km away. The lively alleyways are known for their varied nightlife and cultural highlights such as a visit to the cathedral will enrich your holiday. A scenic train, affectionately known as the Red Lightning, takes you along picturesque landscapes to Sóller, where beautiful hiking routes lead into the mountains. Son Veri Nou, 30 kilometres away, is known for its long, car-free promenade with breathtaking views over the entire bay of Palma. Numerous water sports are offered in this bay. From Villa Cas Forner de Portol you can enjoy a fantastic view of the Serra de Tramuntana with its gently sloping hills. Situated in the tranquil town of Pòrtol, you will benefit from several bars and shopping facilities right on your doorstep. The vibrant island capital of Palma is only 20 minutes away by hire car. Golf enthusiasts will get their money's worth at the Golf de Puntiró golf course, just 5 minutes away. Among the beaches within easy reach is Platja de Can Pere Antoni with its picturesque promenade lined with palm trees.
