Arrive, switch off, enjoy: This enticing holiday mantra welcomes you to the impressive Villa Son Pujol de Andratx. The beautiful natural stone house on two spacious floors is not only situated in a charming hillside location, but also faces south and benefits from plenty of sun and a pleasant secluded location. It is not only surrounded by various covered and uncovered inviting terrace areas, but also entices with a further terrace on the upper floor and a huge, diversely landscaped plot. Part of the terrace area is equipped with a spray cooling system that cools the ambient temperature by around 10 degrees and keeps wasps away. You can stroll among fragrant rosemary and lavender bushes, small olive trees and palm trees, but there is also space for children to play on the lawns. For sports enthusiasts, there is an outdoor table tennis table, a pull-up bar and a boules court in the beach sand. Beautiful corners have been created here and there for relaxing, for example stylish sun loungers or a daybed with curtains that sway romantically in the wind - simply stunning! This also applies to the infinity pool right next to the house, from where you can look out over the surrounding nature. You can enjoy a similar view from the extra-long dining table on the covered terrace, which offers enough space for all travellers. The Silbermühlen BBQ in the fully equipped outdoor stone kitchen offers the best conditions for high-quality culinary evenings in the open air.

Magnificent stone floors, white walls, great details such as old beams, glittering chandeliers and elegant pillars - the interior of your holiday home is a real eye-catcher. Son Pujol de Andratx has been furnished and decorated with great taste, but also with a good sense of comfort. The rooms are spacious and bright, with the impressive entrance area welcoming you on the ground floor. Let's then move on to a single open-plan space that houses the living and dining area as well as the kitchen. While a large sofa with a relax function in the living room invites you to cosy up in front of the fireplace, a long wooden table in the dining room is ready for a sumptuous dinner. The delicacies you want to serve can be prepared in the kitchen right next door. Amateur chefs will be delighted by the amount of space and the top-quality appliances. When it's time for sweet dreams, you can retire to one of the five stylish bedrooms, all of which have a chic en-suite bathroom, a safe and air conditioning.

The hilly and wooded landscape surrounding your property is particularly suitable for long walks or hikes, as it is one of the most beautiful areas in the south-west of the island. Andratx is approx. 3.9 km away by hire car. Popular as an exclusive residential area, this traditional village is located in the valley of the Tramuntana mountains and is definitely worth a visit. With its narrow streets and authentic Mallorcan townscape, Andratx not only provides inspiration for many artists and writers, but also attracts an international audience. In addition to the pretty churches of Santa Maria de Andratx and s'Arracó and the Castel de Son Mas, which is now used as the town hall, you should definitely stop by the CCA Andratx cultural centre, where modern art is exhibited. For a day at the beach, you can head to Platja de Sant Elm, just 10 kilometres away. Thanks to its fine sand and gently sloping shore, it is particularly popular with families with small children. The beach also offers a good infrastructure and a promenade for strolling. Son Pujol de Andratx is a dream villa come true: breathtaking, large natural stone house, built in a fantastic south-facing location, secluded on a hillside, on a huge estate with an enchanting garden, just 3.9 km from Andratx. Behind the house you will find not only covered and sunny terraces, but also a fantastic infinity pool from which you can enjoy impressive views of the surrounding nature. The beach of Platja de Sant Elm is only 10 km away by car.

Do not book this property if you are a youth group or stag party group as your booking will be refused after booking, which may also be upon arrival at the property or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund.
