Villa "Son Amoyana" is a beautifully modernised quarry stone house on a large plot that offers complete privacy and breathtaking views of the Serra de Llevant mountains and the lush gardens.

The villa has a large private pool with step-free access, surrounded by chic sun loungers and shaded areas for ultimate relaxation. There are several outdoor dining and lounge areas, including two built-in barbecues, making it ideal for families or couples looking for both social and private spaces.
Inside, the villa combines minimalist design with rustic charm. On the ground floor are the open-plan living room, dining area and modern kitchen. Three of the four spacious bedrooms with large double beds (1.8 x 2 metres) are also located on this level, each with its own bathroom with walk-in shower and luxurious fittings. The master suite has a whirlpool for two people. The fourth bedroom, with a large double bed (1.8 x 2 m), is located on the upper floor and completes this luxurious yet peaceful retreat.
This villa is located near the coast close to the pretty village of Capdepera with its market which takes place every Wednesday. Shopping essentials can be found either here or in Artà. The coastal town of Cala Ratjada with its lively beach promenade and some good restaurants and bars is also just a short drive away. The "Calas de Mallorca" - a string of beautiful sandy beaches such as Cala Agulla - are just a short drive from the villa. We also recommend a visit to the "Parc Natural" to the north-east of Artà, as it is one of the largest nature reserves in Mallorca.
The owners of the villa live on a completely separate property nearby, so that guests have complete privacy.
