A wide staircase leads to the large, mosaic-tiled pool, which is perfect for relaxing under the Mediterranean sun on the comfortable sun loungers. Parasols provide shade, while a neighbouring outdoor pool offers comfort. Children will love the playhouse, while adults can relax at the refurbished bar with beer tap. The covered lounge area provides a perfect retreat, while the spacious dining table invites you to enjoy relaxed al fresco meals. The villa also has a balcony for private sunbathing and magnificent views, as well as an outdoor sauna for ultimate relaxation.

Inside, the villa boasts a modern, tasteful design with light-filled rooms and a soothing colour palette. The large living room with four sofas and an armchair invites you to relax, whether watching TV or reading. The dining area comfortably seats ten people and the fully equipped kitchen allows for easy meal preparation. The elegant rooms offer quiet comfort and a restful atmosphere, making "Can Magnus" the perfect retreat for a relaxing holiday.

The secluded finca "Can Magnus" is located on the outskirts of Alcúdia, to the east and very close to the beach. Alcúdia is a three-minute drive away. A lively market is held here every Tuesday and Sunday. The beautiful sandy beaches of the north-east coast, such as Playa de Muro, are easy to reach by car. Palma de Mallorca Airport can be reached by car in approx. 45 minutes. The famous golf course "Alcanada Golf" is only 6 km away.
