A beautiful old villa on a small hill in the middle of a marvellous Mediterranean landscape sounds fantastic, doesn't it? But it gets even better: when you stay in this pink-coloured gem, Villa Sa Montanyeta near Manacor in the east of Mallorca, you don't have to do without the comforts you are used to at home. On the contrary: the house and the spacious outdoor area have been completely renovated and modernised. Two wide staircases, surrounded by impressive futuristic light columns, lead from the upper, sun-drenched terrace to another paved terrace on the lower level where you can enjoy a delicious salad or freshly grilled delicacies from the built-in barbecue or soak up the sun on one of the many comfortable loungers. If you need to cool off, simply jump into the large, sloping pool and swim a few refreshing laps. Thanks to the spacious grounds with extensive lawns of 32,000 m², absolute privacy is guaranteed!

The interior of the villa is also a successful blend of old and new that invites you to relax: Rustic natural stone walls meet gleaming white walls and gleaming floor tiles, typical Mallorcan wooden furniture contrasts with modern details such as a leather sofa or an originally designed staircase. On the ground floor, in addition to the spacious entrance area, you will find the living room with a cosy sofa where you can put your feet up and a beautiful old dining table, another dining room with a large table for long evenings of delicious food and a kitchen equipped with high-quality appliances where you can prepare all the delicacies you like to enjoy on holiday. This is rounded off by a double room with pleasantly discreet furnishings and a chic bathroom. Upstairs there are four further beautiful double bedrooms, each with its own comfortable and modern en-suite bathroom. There is a further sleeping option in a small guest flat, which is accessible from the outside or from the main house. All ground floor rooms have a minimum movement area of 1.50m x 1.50m and there are no steps or barriers to access the ground floor from the car. There is a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor. The width of the doors is at least 90 cm and the bed height is at least 48 cm. The shower and toilet are wheelchair-accessible. The pink-coloured Villa Sa Montanyeta sits majestically on a small hill, facing south, in the middle of a beautiful landscape that radiates peace and tranquillity. The impressively spacious house, built in typical Mallorcan style, is complemented by a discreetly purist outdoor area with a paved sun terrace and large pool as well as futuristic-looking illuminated columns. Manacor is only approx. 5.5 km away, the beach of Porto Cristo approx. 19.4 km.

We consider this property to be accessible for our guests with reduced mobility, but recommend all guests to check the suitability of the property based on their own requirements. This is a Fincallorca holiday home.
