The impressive villa Can Ferragut de Porto Cristo welcomes us with grace and charm as well as an impressive plot of around 26,000 m². The garden that surrounds the house can rightly be described as a park, as it is systematically laid out with lush lawns, huge palm trees, cypresses, fruit trees and countless plants that emphasise its Mediterranean character. It is therefore hardly surprising that there are numerous feel-good spots on the property for a moment of tranquillity, meditation or a morning yoga session. Golfers or sports enthusiasts can enjoy an ideal practice area on the manicured putting greens and train for the challenges of the Mallorcan golf courses. A narrow path leads from the elegant holiday home to the attractive pool area. On the surrounding sun terrace, you can enjoy the pleasant climate on comfortable loungers and find green shady spots. Additional covered, ground-level terraces and sun-drenched balconies round off the sophisticated architecture of the house.

Neighbouring Manacor is ideal for extended shopping trips. Beautiful beaches with fine sand such as Cala Anguila or Cala Mendia are just a short drive away.
