If you place your trust in Stadthaus Convent, you will be rewarded with an atmospheric holiday in a class of its own. The name of the house refers to the almost monastic feeling of well-being. And for good reason: the idyllic roof terrace radiates relaxation on cosy, sunny days. While you let your gaze wander over the colourful rooftops of the historic old town, you may already be preparing the first delicacies on the barbecue. You can round off the day in a convivial atmosphere with a good glass of wine followed by an evening stroll. The robust city walls are perfect for walks, give the cityscape a special touch and offer views of the magnificent bay.

When you return to your charming townhouse, the many bright colours create an exceptionally friendly ambience. The historic townhouses, which are closely lined up along the idyllic alleyways, should have a well thought-out living space design. This is clearly the case in this gem: from the entrance, you enter a living room with a comfortable sofa, where a wooden table invites you to eat together. There is a modern flat-screen TV in the stairwell, which offers the opportunity to enjoy your favourite programmes from home thanks to the satellite connection. The ground floor is entirely dedicated to living: In addition to a bathroom and a comfortably equipped kitchen, it even houses a second room where comfortable armchairs invite you to linger. The rooms are arranged around a small inner courtyard. On the first floor you will find the three bedrooms, each with a double bed, a wardrobe and exquisite home accessories. Another room with a dining table is located in front of the roof terrace. Here you will also find the washing machine.
The townhouse is so conveniently located that you can reach the small bay of Es Barcarés, which is mainly frequented by locals, in just 1.5 km on foot. The Platja de San Pere, which offers a good infrastructure for a marvellous day of swimming, is 3 km away. The crystal-clear water is perfect for snorkelling. You are right in the narrow streets of Alcúdia, a harbour town that is still dominated by the majestic buildings of the former nobility. These architectural jewels are called Casas Señorales and are definitely worth a visit, as is the town's cathedral. At the Hidropark water park, 3 kilometres away, you can try out exciting slides and then visit one of the quaint restaurants in Can Picafort, 15 kilometres away, to sample a typical Mallorcan dish. The Alcanada Golf Club has lush lawns for golfers and is just 5.5 km away.
