Set in a 2,500-square-meter garden, the villa boasts an infinity pool (10 x 5 x 1.5 meters) with a spacious solarium equipped with sun loungers, garden furniture, and an outdoor shower. Guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the entire Gulf from the villa, and privacy is ensured thanks to the distance from other villas and access via a private road not open to the public.

Electric or plug-in cars cannot be charged using the villa’s outlets.
Pets are not allowed.
Events with external guests are prohibited. Should you wish to invite friends or relatives for daytime visits (without overnight stays), prior authorization must be obtained from the owners for insurance purposes and to cover any additional fees.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house but is permitted in the expansive outdoor areas.
Check-in is from 5:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Alternative times may be arranged in advance with the owners.
