Eine schöne 3-Zimmer Wohnung im oberen Teil des Hauses Basilisk (2.Stock). Welche mit Lift und Treppe erreichbar ist.

Info: Ab März 2020 kann die obere Wohnung bis zu 7 Personen gemietet werden. (Zusatzzimmer separat im EG) zu einem Aufpreis.

Die Wohnung hat einen Balkon mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht auf die Umgebung, 2 Doppelzimmer, ein separates WC und ein Bad mit zusätzlichem WC, Küche, Ess und Wohnraum. 

Ausserdem steht Ihnen ein Parkplatz in der Garage und ein Parkplatz 10m vor dem Haus zur Verfügung.

Das Ferienhaus liegt am Fusse des Berges. Mit dem Auto haben Sie 7 Minuten bis zum Bahnhof Davos Dorf.
