Three small villas within the beautiful residence park are offered for rent. The park has its own pool (11 by 5,5 meters): The residence is located in Sainte-Maxime (Saint-Tropez bay), only 350 meters from the La Garonnette sandy beach. The air-conditioned buildings are ideal for guests looking for quiet relaxation near the beach. The residence has a private pool and a pétanque area. The residence is surrounded by a fence and an automatic door protects the access road to the residence. All houses are fully furnished, including a washing machine. Cots and child's high chairs are available on request. Free WiFi available.The "La Garonnette" villas are ideal for large families who want to spend der holidays together, however staying in separate buildings. Ideal for children. The gardens of all houses are fenced in, therefore it is no problem to take along a dog. A restaurant and a shopping facility ("SPAR" market) are nearby. Croissants and baguettes for breakfast can be purchased within walking distance. As small casino is located in the center of Les Issambres, approximately one kilometer away. Larger shopping centers are found in Sainte-Maxime and in the city of Fréjus. "La Garonette 3" accommodates six persons. Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds (1,60 by 2 m  and  1,40 by 2m). The living room / dining room with satellite TV and CD player is also furnished with an upholstered suite. The kitchen is completely equipped with dishwasher and coffee machine. An additional room with double bed (1,60 by 2m) is accessible from the garden. A private fenced in garden belongs to the house. Also, there is a terrace with barbecue grill and a fireplace in the garden. Deck chairs are provided upon request. Parking space for one car next to the house. Other leisure facilities: A restaurant and a shopping facility ("SPAR" market) are nearby. Croissants and baguettes for breakfast can be purchased within walking distance. As small casino is located in the center of Les Issambres, approximately one kilometer away. Larger shopping centers are found in Ste Maxime and in the city of Fréjus. Excursion possibilities: Children will be delighted by many attractions such as the “Aqua Land” with its slides and wave-pool which is next to the residence park. Another park with a bouncy castle for children is on the way to Saint Tropez. Guests with sporty ambitions have a wide choice within short distance, a workout trail and a race track are only three kilometers away, the Ste Maxime Golf Course is reached by car in ten minutes. Equestrian sports and tennis courts are available nearby. And water sports, of course. Windsurfing may be practiced on several beaches e.g. on the La Garonette beach. The kite zone for kite surfers at the St. Aygulf beach is 20 minutes away. Jets skis may be rented for exciting trips on the sea, or, if someone prefers a go-kart race track, this is available too. Two amusement parks, an open air paintball field and various miniature golf courses are located in the vicinity of the property. These are just a few examples of leisure activities in the area. Nearby sports facilities: Fishing, Golf course, Mountainbiking, Paragliding, Bike tours, Riding possibilities, Sport center, Surfing, Diving, Tennis, Water skiing, Sailing Location description: Ste Maxime is a small town on the beach at the St Tropez bay. Restaurants, sidewalk cafes, bars and a large number of boutiques invite to leisurely promenading. An ideal place for a vacation, combining restful relaxation with action and fascination. A truly provencale lifestyle. The community of Ste Maxime offers a large variety of entertainment to its guests. There are open-air concerts featuring famous artists during the summer months with free admittance to everyone. There are several weekly markets in the Ste Maxime region every day, where household products, local handcraft products and Provencale specialities may be purchased.  Cultural highlights are not only offered by Ste Maxime but also by several charming little villages in the vicinity. A visit to the Grimaud Castle and to Saint Tropez (by car or boat) is highly recommended. Also a boat tour in Grimaud (“little Venice”) is pleasant alternative to a day on the beach.Type of property:
