The apartment has been partially renovated and impresses with its beautiful wooden parquet flooring and a blend of modern, stylish, and rustic furniture.

The entrance area serves as a wardrobe and storage space, leading to the various rooms. The cozy living room includes a sofa, armchair, coffee table, and TV. Free Wi-Fi is available. There are two bedrooms with comfortable double beds and built-in wardrobes, both equipped with new beds in autumn 2023. The kitchen is functional and fully equipped, featuring a dining table. Next to the kitchen is a pantry for storing groceries. The apartment has a bathroom with a bathtub, washbasin, and toilet.

The bathroom also serves as a storage space for skis, as there is no separate ski storage room in the building.

A reserved outdoor parking space is included with the apartment.

Laundry facilities are available in the communal laundry room with an assigned washing day upon prior request.
