This holiday complex was built on a former country estate with five hectares of land. It is nestled into natural surroundings, between sandy beaches and fragrant macchia, and is an ideal holiday destination for families or groups of friends who would like to enjoy nature and a Corsican way of life. The residence is just 900 metres from the beach and a pine grove. The property has a total of eleven villas in a modern style and with five-star comfort. The houses have quality interiors, are built according to the same concept, and invite you to spend your summer outdoors.

Each villa has its own terrace and its own landscaped garden of 1000m², with a private parking space and a swimming pool. The terrace is sheltered from the sun by an awning and provides seating furniture and a Weber gas grill. Right in front of the terrace there is the pool, with a relaxation area with comfortable sun loungers, an outdoor shower and parasols.

The complex offers a comprehensive hotel service. Highchairs and travel cots are available for babies and toddlers under three. A babysitter can be booked on request. Each bathroom has a bathroom set consisting of two bath mats, two hand towels, two bath towels, two bathrobes and two pool towels, as well as a selection of bathroom samplers. The bathroom set is changed regularly by the staff. A set of cleaning products and tea towels is provided in the kitchen. The cleaning service comes for an hour daily, or variably on request, except for on the first day after arrival. This service also includes the final cleaning and cleaning of the grill. You can make use of a bread and bakery delivery service, at a supplementary cost. Each villa has free Internet access and a land line number, to call the reception or elsewhere (payable). The discreet staff are of course always available to assist with any queries and to ensure that you feel at home in your holiday residence.

From the property it is only five minutes to the yacht harbour and to the picturesque centre of Calvi. The beach and the turquoise sea await you barely a kilometre away. All the major sights in the region are quick and easy to get to. You can discover fine sandy beaches and secluded bays (Lumino, Revellata, Bodri, Lozari), go on boat trips to the Scandola nature reserve, or hike in the Bonifacio forest. At the end of the day you can stroll through the little alleys of Calvi, have a drink at Chez Tao in the citadel, or have a meal at Chez Edgard in Lavatoggio.

Villa for six people

This 140 m² villa accommodates up to six people. It boasts a spacious living/dining room with a comfy sectional and a plasma LCD television. The TV has 22 channels, including six foreign channels and DVB-T service. The covered is accessible from the living room. Additionally, there is a dining table and the adjacent, open plan, functionally furnished kitchen. The appliances are modern. A utility room with a washing machine and a dryer is available for your convenience. The entire house has air conditioning (heating/cooling). Each one of the three bedrooms has a walk in closet and a television, as well as an ensuite bathroom with a shower and a large sink with under sink storage. The first bedroom has a 160 x 200 cm double bed. The other two bedrooms are furnished with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), which can be combined to a double bed upon request.

    “Suveräna uthyrare - vänliga och trevliga - allt kunde fixas. Då vi inte lyckades boka bil från flygplatsen (1 1/2 timmes resa) så hämtade värdfamiljen i 2 bilar.
    Vi kom sent på kvällen - men kylskåpet var fullt med vad vi behövde för frukosten. Färskt bröd levererades varje morgon.
    Otroligt välutrustat hus med inredning och utrustning av högsta klass.
    Superlyxig Weber-grill som rengjordes varje morgon.
    Egen insynsskyddad liten pool för morgondopp.
    Till och med ismaskin fanns i köket......
