This new development is set on the banks of the River Laune, just five minutes stroll from Killorglin Town Centre and enjoys panoramic view of the MacGillycuddy Reeks (Ireland's highest mountain range).

4-room terraced house on 2 levels. Comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, cable TV, CD-player and DVD. Exit to the balcony, to the patio. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed, bath/shower/WC and hydro massage bath. 1 room with 2 beds and bath/shower/WC. 1 room with 1 bed and shower/WC. Floor heating. Balcony, patio. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the river. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: TV only EN. The fireplace is electric. Some houses have patios, others have balconies with terrace furniture.

    “Spacieux et confortable ; chambres calmes. Mais éloigné du village et, surtout, le trajet à pied est périlleux car il faut marcher le long de la route, sans trottoir, ni accotement !
    Le ménage n'était pas fait lorsque nous sommes arrivés. En revanche il est agréable de trouver les lits faits à l'arrivée.”

    “Die Reihenhäuser liegen zwischen Fluss und Strasse (nach Killarney). Daher durchaus Verkehrsgeräusch, ich würde nicht Lärm dazu sagen. Allerdings gegenüber (unsichtbar - in dichter Allee) noch eine Straße, die auch von Lastern befahren wird.
    Der Fluss muss sehr sauber sein: wir konnten sogar einen Fischotter beobachten.

    Die Wohnung war grandios: Riesengroß, modern-geschmackvoll, Fensterfront zum Fluß nach Süden. Küche überkomplett, sogar inkl. Waschmaschine und Trockner, was will man mehr.
    Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein Bad mit Klo, Betten sind gut. Auch hier nette Details. Also wirklich wirklich fein.

    Grundsätzlich gute Lage, um Ring of Kerry, Killarney und Dingle zu erkunden. Killorglin selbst hat nicht soviel Charme.”
