This cosy little house is located not far from the crystal-clear bay in a popular pedestrian area with restaurants, cafés, bars and small shops. A pleasant place with a good ambience for a wonderful holiday. The bedrooms are tastefully and cosily furnished. Simple bathroom, decorative fireplace.
At the height of summer, this small, otherwise sleepy fishing village is a hive of activity in the evenings and at night. Holidaymakers and locals like to sit outside and enjoy the balmy summer nights. Out of season, things become more leisurely and quiet again. A truly friendly and authentic place for your best time of the year. It is also an ideal starting point for hikes in the Tramuntana mountains. Sant Elm is the start or end point of the famous GR-221 hiking route, and you can easily reach the nature reserve on the offshore island of La Dragonera by excursion boat. Late arrival for a fee. Groups (except families and couples over 30) on request and with special deposit.

    “Guter Preis, sauber, genügend Bettwäsche und Tücher, große Terrasse, Zentral gelegen, faire Abrechnung Strom, ruhig in der Nebensaison. Leider laute Bar nebenan.”

    “Haus geschmackvoll, aber etwas heruntergekommen. Terrasse ideal. Küche, Kochgeschirr, Geschirr erbärmlich. WC, Dusche knapp OK.

    “Hier wohnt man mitten drin! Das Haus ist sehr alt und, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Für 6 Leute ist es jedoch zu klein, außerdem fehlten uns (4 Leute) "Schrankgelegenheiten". Auf der unteren Terrasse sitzt man super, ein wenig erhöht und kann herrlich auf die vorbeispazierenden Leute schauen. Auf der oberen Terrasse hat man einen super Blick über den Ort, allerdings auch ziemliches Geplacker, die Auflagen auf der kleinen Wendeltreppe hochzutragen. Allerliebste Grüße an dieser Stelle an Pepa, der "Hauskontakt". Sie spricht leider nur spanisch, ansonsten mit Hand und Fuß, aber sehr freundlich und bemüht, alles recht zu machen. Leider keine volle Punktzahl, sondern nur vier gibt es für wenig Schränke für Kleidung, ein marodes Duschregal und Weingläser, welche wir uns erst nachkaufen mussten :-) Nichtsdestotrotz empfehlen wir dieses Häuschen wärmstens weiter!”

    “Charmantes , gemütliches ,mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtetes Häuschen. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl darin. Allerdings konnten wir uns nicht vorstellen zu sechst darin Platz zu haben,obwohl 3 Schlafzimmer vorhanden sind.Wir waren in der Nachsaison dort , dadurch angenehm ruhig, obwohl in der Fußgängerzone gelegen und sich gegenüber ein Restaurant befindet,was schon geschlossen hatte.Tolle große Terasse und riesige Dachterasse ,die wir ,weil schon zu kalt ,leider nicht benutzen konnten. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.”

    “Ein sehr schönes, altes, individuell und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus. Einziger Wermutstropfen war die Dusche, mit der wir uns nach einer Woche aber auch angefreundet haben. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet (sogar zwei Kühlschränke), im Wohnraum ist ein riesiger Esstisch, den wir gerne mitgenommen häten. Für alle Mahlzeiten konnten wir Ende Oktober auf der Terrasse den Tisch decken. Zu wenig genutzt haben wir die zusätzliche Dachterrasse.”
