The spacious holiday house in a slight hillside situation is located in a side road, in the quiet surroundings of the village Chanri. The two-storied house with 2 apartments is on a large garden- and nature property, close to the sea and the extensive beach. Olive and orange trees as well as colourful Bougainvillea decorate the garden of this charming holiday house. The holiday apartment DIMITRIS is on the first floor. The apartment on the ground floor is used by the owner family during the summer months.
The well-kept holiday apartment on the first floor is brightly furnished and has a separate entrance via an external staircase. Adjoining to the spacious open plan kitchen are the 2 bedrooms and the shared bath. Both bedrooms have direct access to a separate balcony with a view across the landscape. From the living room you get to the large, roofed terrace with a wonderful view across the sea and the Messenian Bay, up to the opposite coast of South Peloponnese and the Taygetos mountains.
The garden of the house can be used jointly by the guests of the holiday apartment.
