This chic, small bungalow on the spacious property of the landlords includes practical facilities and a nice terrace. Alternatively to the bunk bed in bedroom 2, there is also a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room at your disposal. Your vacation accommodation awaits you not directly on the island of Ummanz, but in one of the villages on Rügen, which together with the villages on Ummanz form the municipality of Ummanz.

Children will feel especially comfortable here. In the garden, the little ones can use the sandbox, slide and playhouse when the weather is nice. Toys for indoors are also available here.

The 20 km² island of Ummanz, which is connected to its bigger sister island Rügen by a 250 m long bridge, belongs to the National Park Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft and is a place of peace and nature. It is very flat: At the highest point, you are only a good 5 m above sea level. Experience here not only a varied nature and beautiful landscapes on the Bodden and directly on the Baltic Sea, but also charming fishing villages with characteristic thatched roof houses.

The adventure world Karls-Erdbeerhof is an ideal excursion destination on vacation at the Baltic Sea and about 12 km away.
Another attraction is the tree top walk in the Nauturerbe center, from which you have a beautiful view. The wooden walkway is step-free.

If you are interested in horses, you should visit the Haflinger horse breeding on the island. Enjoy the view of the horses grazing in green paddocks in a peaceful nature. Here you can also get in the saddle yourself and take an accompanied horseback ride, or be driven around comfortably in a Kremser.

For sporty guests, the small island also has something to offer. In the western part of Ummanz there is a surfing school on the largest shore area in Germany.

    “Das Haus nebst Grundstück sind super, jederzeit wieder. Alles ist gut eingezäunt, so dass sich auch die Vierbeiner frei bewegen können. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits, man hat somit kaum Nachbarn, aber wir fanden das gerade toll. Allerdings muss man jeden Weg eben mit dem Auto machen, es sei denn, man ist sehr sportlich.

    Das Haus war bei Ankunft sehr sauber. So etwas erlebt man selten. Die Einrichtung ist verspielt und liebevoll, uns hat sie sehr gefallen. Man hat nicht den Eindruck, dass hier jemand altes Mobiliar loswerden wollte. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Und in dem toll eingerichteten Kinderzimmer möchte man gern wieder Kind sein.

    Das Grundstück ist groß und sehr gepflegt. Leider war es bei uns recht kühl, so dass wir nie den schönen Garten zum Draußensitzen nutzen konnten, aber man kann ja nochmal wieder kommen.”

    “Dieses Ferienhaus ist sehr empfehlenswert. Super nette Vermieter, auch unsere beiden Hunde waren sehr willkommen. Das Haus ist nett eingerichtet, man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Für Urlauber mit Hund ist der eingezäunte Garten Klasse.”
