The property is located in a holiday resort, on the outskirts. Also due to the view over woods from the property and its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. For use, the following are available: parasol, sun lounger, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard. The terrace is a shared terrace.

Sorrento, 50 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located in a holiday complex, on a 300 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence, a hedce and a wall. The Residence is an ancient farmhouse built in 1700. Recently , it has been widely restored; but still preserving the original features, such as arches ,walls, roofs , barrel-vaults and it is provided with all comforts required for a pleasant holiday. The tranquility and the relaxation of the guests are fully guaranteed, along with their privacy, as the house is accessible through a private iron gateway. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 10 m). Parking (for 1 car) is available in a parking lot in the village (distance 500 m, guarded).
