This holiday home is situated in the heart of Nerezisce on the island of Brac. The stone house was renovated, but it had maintained its original character of a typical island stone house. In the ground floor part, there is a nicely furnished living area equipped with a fireplace. The spacious and modern kitchen is separate from the residential part. In front of the house there is a covered terrace, next to which there is the swimming pool. The bedrooms and bathrooms are situated on the upper floor. The house is located on a plot with a private chapel which is owned by the house owner’s family and which guests can visit. This holiday home is ideal for a family holiday. Nerezisce is located in the hinterland of Brac and is famous for the little church with pine trees on the roof. In the biggest town of the island – Supetar (ca. 6 km away) – there is also a ferry port, plenty of tourist attractions and night life.
