Set in the four star hotel and apartment complex of Mar Azul, this luxurious apartment is the perfect location for holidaymakers who want to pamper themselves. The Mar Azul Hotel has its own spa with saunas, heated indoor pool, steam rooms and beauty rooms (please note entrance to the Spa is payable extra). In the gardens, there is a series of pools, fountains, a beachside bar and relaxation and massage areas. There is also direct access onto the beach from the gardens. The reception area also boasts a lounge with WIFI. The new beachside designer shopping complex of Laguna Village is within walking distance and the famous Kempinski Hotel is next door. Estepona is just a short drive away.

This modern and high-tech apartment is the penthouse and commands the whole top floor of the block. It is very spacious and furnished to the highest standard throughout. The spacious lounge dining area opens out onto the large south facing terrace which surrounds 2 sides of the apartment and enjoys incredible panoramic sea views, one part of the terrace has a superb al-fresco dining area, at the front part there is a comfortable seating area with optional shade.The bedroom has a super-kingsize bed, fitted wardrobes and a full ensuite bathroom and shower with power jets. This also leads onto the terrace and enjoys those superb sea views. There is a separate kitchen fully fitted and equipped to the highest specification. The living area also has a sofa which converts to a bed, ideal for 2 extra people.

    “Der Toilettensitz war kaputt und stand neben dem WC. Es hat 7 Tage gedauert ihn zu reparieren. Der Duschkopf war abgebrochen und lag in der Dusche. Es hat 6 Tage gedauert ihn zu reparieren. Das Satellitenfernsehen hat auch nicht funktioniert.
    Den Schlüssel hat man vom Wachschutz erhalten. Das Apartment war sauber und hat eine schöne Terrasse mit tollen Blick aufs Meer.” “Der Toilettensitz war kaputt und stand neben dem WC.     “Die Wohnung ist wirklich top ausgestattet und modern eingerichtet. Leider ist mittlerweile einiges kaputt, was dringend repariert werden muss. Unser Hinweis hat aber niemanden interessiert. Alles nichts Schlimmes, macht aber den Gesamteindruck etwas schlechter. Da das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmte, gab es für uns keinen Grund zur Beschwerde. Habe allerdings gesehen, dass die Preise 2012 deutlich ansteigen! Dafür müssten die Reparaturen an der Haustür, Badewanne, Dusche u.a. erfolgen.
    Verschwiegen hat das Prospekt leider die vierspurige Autobahn unmittelbar hinter der Wohnanlage und die große Baustelle nebenan. Wer absolute Ruhe sucht, findet diese hier nicht unbedingt. Besonders die Autobahn ist nachts schon störend.
    Mit Auto ist man gut aufgehoben. Zur Wohnng gehört ein Platz in der Tiefgarage. Echt super! Die Wohnanlage selbst der Pool und alles ist unglaublich schön und ruhig. Bis zu zwei Bademeister passen auf, dass niemandem etwas passiert, eine Poolbar ist auch vorhanden! In der Anlage selbst waren nur wenige Gäste. Angenehme Ruhe und Platz für alle.”
