The holiday home was renovated in 2006 and is furnished in a functional style. Also due to its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for shared use: sunbathing lawn, sun lounger, children's playground, swing and barbecue facilities.

The house is located in the center of the village, bordering on meadows. Access is directly from the main road. Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.
