This cosy little apartment is equipped with modern kitchen, oven, microwave and dishwasher, beautiful, modern upholstered furniture, flat screen TV and satellite system. Access to the children's bedroom is only through the master bedroom. The new bathroom is fitted with all comforts. In front of the house there is a large terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. A see-through fence borders the small garden in the neighbour’s property. Behind the house is a terrace with sun loungers. From the house you can listen to the sound of the waves, as the Baltic Sea with its beautiful natural beach is only a few metres away.

The beach sauna and the in-house gym are available for a small fee. You have to register at the front desk. On request you will receive sauna cloaks and sauna towels.
For anglers the Süssauer Beach offers a unique sea trout route. A shared filter and freezer facilities are available for anglers.

The Süssauer Beach is a long natural beach. The largest part of the beach has been freely allocated for dogs. The holiday home is located in the good-weather corner "Ostholstein” which is situated near the Fehmarn Island.
In the event of inclement weather, the surrounding areas offer rewarding excursion destinations: the Baltic health spa resort Großenbrode, the Schleswig-Holstein Lake district, the Hansa Park Sierksdorf and the Island of Fehmarn with shark and marine centre, a donkey park and the 'Noah's Ark'. Denmark is only a short distance away.

You can explore the beautiful landscape of Schleswig-Holstein on the well-maintained bike paths. For children there is plenty of room in the holiday village for playing and running around. They can easily find friends on the large playground.

    “Nahe zum Strand, jedoch ist dieser nicht gerade schön. Aber gut geeignet für alle Leute, die keinen Trubel haben wollen.
    Sauberkeit und Ausstattung des Hauses ohne Beanstandung. Allerdings konnte die Tür zum Kinderzimmer nicht geschlossen werden, da der Fußboden schief und die Tür verzogen war. Für uns war das jedoch nicht tragisch. Wer meint bei Anreise zumindest ein Röllchen Toilettenpapier und ein wenig Seife vorzufinden, wird enttäuscht. Grill war vorhanden und sogar sehr sauber.
    Preis für das Objekt war in Ordnung. Lageplan wird dem Gast nicht bei Ankunft ausgehändigt. Was ich schwach fand, denn wenn man nicht weiß wo sich was befindet ist man auf die Nachbarn angewiesen, oder muss die Bürozeit abwarten. Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern ist wünschenswert!”

    “Was mich sehr gestört hat waren die Hunderegeln. Ich finde so etwas sollte schon am Anfang geklärt werden und nicht wenn ich ankomme.
    Urlaub ist für mich wenn mein Hund auch Urlaub hat. Das der Hund angeleint werden muss auf dem Platz kann ich verstehen, auch dass kein Geschirr benutzt werden soll.
    Wie gesagt - ich suche meinen Urlaub schon aus wo ich Hunde mit nehmen kann, dann sollte man auch so fair sein und die Hunderegeln in der Info mit rein schreiben und nicht wenn man da ankommt einen Zettel in die Hand gedrückt bekommt.” “Was mich sehr gestört hat waren die Hunderegeln.
