This second floor apartment is only a ten minute drive from the beaches at Benalmadena and Arroyo de la Miel. The autovia to Malaga airport is only 5 minutes away, and Malaga city itself, the largest town in the area, is just a 20 minute drive. In the opposite direction the exclusive towns of Marbella and Puerto Banus, offering exceptional dining and shopping experiences, are also just a 20 minute drive away. Estepona is a further 10 minutes beyond with an extensive, open air Sunday market. This well equipped, two bedroomed apartment enjoys sun nearly all day on the south facing lounge and bedroom terrace. The bedrooms each have twin beds and fitted wardrobes. The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom and access onto the west facing terrace. The good sized lounge has direct access onto the south facing terrace. The separate kitchen is well equipped and there is a separate guest bathroom with a shower facility. Elevator in the building.
