Comfortable apartments quietly situated with a shared pool and a wonderful view

The house with 2 apartments is located at 900 m altitude on the edge of a 5-acre forest clearing. The house affords a wonderful view into the distance over the forested countryside to the west.

The apartments can be booked either separately or together. If both apartments are rented, then the rental price is calculated so that you only pay half of the individual rental price for the upper-floor apartment.

The two comfortably furnished apartments can each accommodate two to six people and the house has a little swimming pool.

Directly from the house you can go to the Czech Republic and Austria in hiking, cycling or Cross-country skiing. Also the alpine ski center Hochficht is only 10 minutes away by car. Within an hour by car you can reach the Bavarian Forest Nature Park, the historic Cities Passau, Linz (A), Prachatice / Prachatice (CZ) or a little further the World Heritage City Krumlov / Krumlov (CZ). All in all, you will find tranquility, the beauty of nature and good inns in our tourism community Neureichenau as lurid animation facilities.

The nearness to the forest and the construction of the house (attic floorings and false ceilings partially
from wood) that sometimes (mainly in the fall) rodents penetrate into cavities and whose movements are then audible.
Please note:Dog owners expect the landlord, that they possibly dog ​​tracks, especially feces in the garden and hair on carpets, even eliminate. In addition, there are free-range chickens in the neighborhood

The minimum rental period is one week in the main season, outside rent the landlord for a short time (from two days).

The holiday house comprises two holiday apartments. The ground-floor apartment of around 70m² consists of a big living and dining room with a comfortable sitting corner, as well as an open kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The dining corner is in a cosy bay window. The first bedroom has two single beds and the second has a double bed. The bathroom has a shower and a bath. The WC is separate. The ceiling towards the upper floor is made of wood with little soundproofing.

The house is divided into two apartments. The three-room ground floor apartment with about 70 m² includes a large living-dining area with a comfortable seating area. Also located here is the open kitchen with stove, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and a coffee maker. The dining area is located in a cozy bay window with a large round table. The first bedroom has two single beds and the second bedroom has a double bed. The couch in the living room can be used as a sleeping accommodation for two more people. The bathroom has a shower and bath. The toilet is located separately. The ceiling to the upper floor is made of wood with low impact sound insulation. The two-room apartment on the upper floor with about 60 m² includes a large living room with two Couchecken, dining table and south-facing balcony. The upholstery in the living room can also be converted into sleeping accommodation for up to four people. From the bedroom with a double bed you have direct access to the bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with stove, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, u.a.m. fitted.

The ground floor apartment has a large terrace with brick barbecue and far west view. The garden is equipped with a pool.

    “Das Haus liegt superschön am Waldrand und ist mit allem ausgestattet. Leider findet man sehr viel Staub, Spinnengewebe etc. vor allem im Dachgeschoß. Die Sanitäreinrichtungen sind total überaltert und gehören erneuert. Die Waschbeckenabflüsse gehören gereinigt und auch die untere Toilette spült das Toilettenpapier nicht richtig ab. Im Dachgeschoß fällt die Dusche bald auseinander. Die Duschkabine ist bestimmt schon aus den 90er Jahren und passt auch gar nicht genau auf die Dusche. Wenn wir nicht mit unserer Familie dort untergebracht gewesen wären, hätten wir uns durch das Obergeschoss sehr gestört gefühlt. Man hört jeden Schritt aus der oberen Wohnung. Hierbei handelt es sich um Hüttenflair! Ansonsten war die Wohnküche und das Wohnzimmer im Erdgeschoß sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und wir hatten gesellige Runden am Esstisch. W-LAN war für uns eine positive Überraschung!”

    “Es stimmt, der Sanitärstandard ist aus den 90er. Es stimmt, die Geschossdecken zwischen den Wohnzimmern sind aus Holz und wenig trittschallgedämmt. Darauf haben wir in der Beschreibung auch extra hingewiesen. Die Reinigung wird regelmäßig und sorgfältig durchgeführt und für die Funktionsfähigkeit der Einrichtungen gesorgt.”
