This quietly located property amidst a beautiful landscape, with its two studios and an apartment, awaits you at the heart of the popular hiking area of the Estérel mountains, just 20 minutes from the vibrant beaches of Cannes and Fréjus. The accommodation is an ideal starting point for exploring the Cote d’Azur.
The accommodation was refurbished in 2012 and all of them provide air conditioning, an LCD flatscreen TV and free Internet access both indoors and in the outdoor area.
Each unit has its own terrace with comfortable terrace furniture, inviting you to have breakfast outdoors in the morning. The well-tended garden has a shared pool with a sun terrace, surrounded by loungers. The decagonal pool is 1.3 metres deep and has a diameter of 6 metres. It has a ladder leading into it. An enclosed parking area is available.
There is a washing machine for the shared use of all guests (payable). Note that the accommodation is non-smoking. Pets are allowed on request. Bed linen, hand towels and toiletries can be provided optionally on request and at a supplementary charge. Bed linen and towels are changed weekly. A supplementary bed or a toddler bed for children under three years old can be provided on request.
There are shops and restaurants within a radius of five kilometres. The accommodation is in a rural location and so is ideal for a relaxing holiday. Even so, it is only a fifteen-minute drive to the beaches in Cannes or Fréjus, or to the Estérel bays. Nature lovers can go hiking or mountain biking in the nature-protected Estérel mountains. It is a five-minute drive to the Saint-Cassien Lake, which is very popular among water sports and fishing enthusiasts.

It has a big parents’ bedroom with a double bed (140cm wide) and a cupboard, a smaller children’s bedroom with a bunk bed, and a bathroom with a shower, toilet and towel radiator. Next to the entrance there is a dining table for six people. The open kitchen provides a fridge-freezer, a microwave with a grill, two cooking rings, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine. The bathroom comprises a bath, a toilet and a towel radiator. The living room also has a comfortable sofa bed for two people.
