Holiday house with modern amenities, a private pool and panoramic ocean and mountain views near the beach and the ocean

This comfortable holiday home with a private pool and a sun terrace with ocean and mountain views is located on a private property in a high end, quiet neighbourhood near the town center and the beautiful sandy beach with crystal clear waters. This holiday flat is located on the Mediterranean coast in north eastern Spain.

Enjoy the beautiful balconies. One offers views of the ocean and the other one of the mountains. You also overlook the pool. On the exterior of the 525m² property, you will find a covered patio with a dining table and several chairs for al fresco dining. There is also a barbecue. The 9 m x 4 m pool is surrounded by a lawn area with palm trees and sun loungers and is protected from view. The property boasts plenty of space to park a vehicle. There is also a garage with one car parking space.

The five room, 170m² holiday home has two storeys. On the ground floor, you will find two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a comfortable living room with a dining table and a marble fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. On the top floor you will find two bedrooms with access to the balcony and a bathroom with a bathtub and splash guard, a toilet, a sink and a window. One of the bedrooms on the ground floor is furnished with a double bed, the other bedroom has two single beds. The two upstairs bedrooms are furnished with double beds. The living/dining room is furnished with two sofa. A satellite television and a DVD player are available for cosy evenings in front of the TV. The glass dining table for six is perfect for communal meals. The marble fireplace offers a cosy atmosphere. The white kitchen is fully loaded with a ceran stove with an oven, a fridge/freezer combo, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster and a dish washer. The house also has an alarm system and air conditioning and a washing machine.

Restaurants and nightlife can be found in town, only 1000 meters from the house. Shops can be found about 600 m from the house. Due to its quiet and picturesque location and the beautiful beach, this is one of the most popular places on the Costa Dorada.
