This nice independent holiday house is located about 6 km from the small town of Apecchio in the Apennine Mountains (600 m a.s.l.), and is ideal for those who wish to spend their holidays in contact with nature. The property has a private garden with barbecue, where you can enjoy dinner after your excursions in the surrounding area. Enjoy the romantic view of the valley from a wisteria covered terrace. The house comprises three separate apartments which are spread on two levels and connected by covered terraces or external stairs. The property is an excellent starting point for hiking and biking to the nearby Mount Nerone (1,525 m a.s.l.), or to swim in a nearby mountain stream (500 m) - a real fun for children-, or arrange trips to Urbino, which is 30 km from here. In Urbino you will find the impressive Palazzo Ducale, the birth house of the painter Raphael, the gardens of the Albornoz Fortress with beautiful panoramic view of the city, whose historic centre is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. For those who wish to relax on the beaches of the Adriatic Sea, the beaches at Fano are about 60 km from the house. In the nearby small town Apecchio you can admire a 15th-century bell tower, a medieval bridge and, in the countryside of the district Colombara, an impressive world globe (10 m in diameter).
