Apartment complex with four different types of apartment and a pool area of around 270m², all apartments with air conditioning that can cool and heat, 100 metres from the sea and located in Afytos, a traditional village in the north of Greece

This is an apartment complex with different types of apartment, located in Afytos, on a little street. The design includes characteristic local elements. There are small buildings distributed across the site.

The complex has four different types of apartment, all with a fully-equipped kitchen unit, a bathroom, a living room, up to two bedrooms, and a balcony or a terrace. The residential units are cleaned every second day except Sundays and bed linen is changed every four days. A cot and a highchair are available for children under two years. Breakfast can be booked separately in addition and is served in the breakfast room on site in the form of a buffet.

In total the property spans 2000m². The garden measures 540m² and the pool area 270m². Although you can access every part of the property, you still enjoy privacy and can relax in peace and quiet. The whole site is enclosed, but the terraces of the ground-floor apartments are not enclosed. You can park free of charge on the streets around the site.

You can hire bicycles locally for a fee. The traditional village of Afytos (Athitos) is on the Kassandra peninsula, 80km from Thessaloniki, and is one of the Chalkidiki villages. What is impressive for visitors are the turquoise sea and the sandy little bays (Ag. Nikolaos-Liosi, Moudounou, Afitis, Varkes Valopetres beach), as well as walks through the locality that is partially under heritage protection and has preserved its original character. The architectural uniqueness of the village consists in its exclusive use of tuff stone from the village’s own quarries, which has given the village a characteristic and unified building style.

Apartment with a balcony or a terrace, depending on its position

The apartment is either on the ground floor or on the upper floor, providing a living room with an open kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The kitchen has a stove, fridge, freezer compartment, coffee machine, cooking utensils and a kettle. You can sit at the dining table or at a bar (depending on the apartment). Some of the apartments also have a sofa, which can in some cases be used as a sofa bed. The flatscreen TV with satellite channels has local and foreign channels (depending on reception). A safe and a telephone are provided. The bedrooms are each for two people. The first bedroom has a double bed (160 x 190cm) with a bedside table and lamp, the second has two separate single beds (each 80 x 190cm) with a bedside table and lamp. The bathroom comprises a washbasin, toilet and shower, as well as a hairdryer. The air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room can both cool and heat. The speed of the free wireless Internet connection in your accommodation depends on the number of other guests logged in.

Depending where the apartment is situated, you have either a balcony or a terrace for relaxing. The view, depending on the situation, is either of the garden or of the swimming pool. In some cases you can even see the sea in the background.

    “Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit sehr sehr freundlichem Personal.
    Einziger Mängelpunkt, es wurde zwar alle 2 Tage gereinigt, aber eigentlich nicht geputzt! Ohne diesen Mangel hätte ich auch 5* vergeben.”

    “Die Ausstattung entspricht griechischem Standard. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht ganz stimmig. Sauberkeit o.k. Ein deutsches Fernsehprogramm. In unserer Wohnung fehlte im Wohn-Küchenbereich eine Sitzmöglichkeit (Coach). Diese war auf den Bildern angegeben. Die Angabe 100m zum Strand stimmt leider gar nicht. Es sind mind. 800m und ist ist ein steiler Weg zu bewältigen, der besonders bei den hohen Temperaturen nur schwer zu bewältigen ist.”
