VILLA DELLE STELLE

Set amongst a patchwork of olive groves and typical Mediterranean plants VILLA DELLE STELLE is 1 km from Scopello with its restaurants and coffee bars and 500 mt from the supermarket.

The 5x8 swimming pool is surrounded by a spacious solarium equipped with sunbeds and an external shower. Close to the swimming pool there is a relax area with a gazebo and a jacuzzi.

Immersed in the luxuriant countryside VILLA DELLE STELLE has a spacious open space living room with a big glass wall that offers guests a lovely sea view.The living room with kitchen corner is furnished with dining table, sofa bed, tv-sat, DVD player. The modern kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Thanks to the presence of this glass wall and the choice of natural colours, the room is very bright. The living room overlooks the main covered veranda equipped with a dining table and chairs.It is here that you will probably take most of your meals during the summer months.It is possible to reach the sleeping area through a glass hallway that will make you enjoy an unforgettable starry sky and moonlights. The sleeping area is made up of one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. The bathroom is with shower.The villas it totally air-conditioned.

The nearest beach “ I Faraglioni” is 1.2 km away. Guidaloca bay is instead 2 km from the villa.The amazing Zingaro Nature Reserve is just 3 km from here. The position of the villa allows the guests to reach all the main attractions within walking distance.

    “Traumhaftes Haus in bester Lage !
    Der Urlaub beginnt mit einer schnellen und unkomplizierten Einweisung in das Haus.
    Es erwartet Sie ein Haus mit allem was man benötigt und einer sehr guten und schönen Einrichtung.
    Der Pool, die Außendusche, die Lounge und die fünf Poolliegen sind einfach ein Traum.
    In einem sehr gepflegten Garten mit Gras und Palmen kann man in völliger Abgeschiedenheit relaxen.
    Vielen Dank für alles Eliana !
    Die Lage ist sehr zentral (min. 1x täglich zur Bar Le Tentazione - 8 min. Zu Fuß) und wir machten tolle Ausflüge wie folgt:
    San Vito lo Copo (Sandstrand) ca. 50 min.
    Erice (wunderschöne Stadt in 750m Höhe) ca. 45 min.
    Trapani (Hafen für Fähre nach Isola Favignana - Tonnara besuchen und Bikes mieten) 60 min.
    Zingaro (Naturschutzpark - ein Muss schon wegen den Buchten) 5 min.
    Castellammare (Hafen um ein Boot zu mieten - 100 EUR 1/2 Tag) 30 min.
    Scopello (um Abends sehr gut zu essen - La Tavernetta) 15min zu Fuß”

    “Het is een heel mooi huis als je graag een rustige vakantie wil. Er was een mooie en grote supermarkt op ongeveer een kilometer afstand, maar voor andere winkeltjes moet je naar Castellamare del Golfo waarvoor je zo’n 20 minuten moet rijden. Wat altijd wel een beetje jammer is dat in de meeste vakantiehuisjes (ook deze) niet zulke fijne matrassen op de bedden liggen. Wij waren met 4 volwassenen en vooral de 2 eenpersoons bedden waren klein en het matras niet fijn. Buiten zijn was super met eettafel/zitje/zwembad/buitendouche/BBQ en buren op grote afstand. Wat ook erg fijn was dat we op de dag van vertrek i.v.m. vlucht laat in de middag, tot 12u konden blijven.”
