Lovely House in Jadreški with Extensive Terrace
This comfortably furnished house is near the town of Pula, in the little village of Jadreski, in the south of Istria.
The villa provides 350m² of living space on three floors and can accommodate up to eight people. The ground floor has a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining room with a big dining table, and a living room with a sofa, which can be converted into a sofa bed for two people. This floor also has two bedrooms each with its own bathroom and there is a separate toilet. The upper floor has two further bedrooms, also with their own bathroom, and a balcony. All the bedrooms have a comfortable double bed, a minibar, a safe, a TV and air conditioning. Wireless Internet access is available in the building and on site.
There is an extensive terrace with a pool on the fenced site. Plenty of terrace furniture is provided. A grill area and parking spaces are also available. The basement has a table tennis table, a pool table, table football and a fitness machine. Here there is also the fifth bathroom with a shower. Note that pets are not allowed.
It is about 5km to the sea and the beaches. You can go shopping in Pula, about 6km away.

“Schönes Haus in Topzustand. Die Lage ist sehr außerhalb, aber es ist hier kein Problem ein Taxi zu bekommen. Alles ist sehr schön eingerichtet und man ist unter sich. Sehr empfehlenswert.”
