Note: not suitable for groups of young people. Swimming pool and grill are shared with other guests.



Apartment in Medulin with Free Parking

This fabulous villa with pool will not leave you indifferent. Fenced closed courtyard, terrace with pool, barbecue area, free parking and WiFi is what makes this house attractive to many guests. The house includes three modern and comfortable apartments ideal for family groups. Each apartment has an air conditioning in living room, TV/SAT, WiFi, well equipped kitchen, bed sheets and towels. The owners also live in the house. Pets are not allowed.

This first floor apartment can accommodate six people. It provides three bedrooms, two bathrooms, air conditioned living room, kitchen and two balconies. Two bedrooms have double beds and the third one has two single beds. Kitchen has gas stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge and coffee maker. You also have washing machine, hair dryer, bed sheets and towels. All bedrooms and living room are air conditioned.


Note: not suitable for groups of young people. Swimming pool and grill can be used by all the guests in the house 9 – 22h. Visitors from outside the house only on request.

    “Wir sind mit noch einer Familie in diesem Haus gewesen und haben zwei Wohnungen belegt. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Wohnungen waren sauber und neu eingerichtet. Der Ortskern ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Super waren auch der Pool und der Freisitz mit Grillkamin.”

    “Super Ferienwohnung für Familie mit mehreren Kindern oder 2 Familien mit Kindern, alles hell und freundlich, top ausgestattet. Die Steckdosen sind etwas wenig, es empfiehlt sich ein Dreifachstecker, damit Kaffeemaschine, Toaster und evtl. Mikrowelle gleichzeitig angeschaltet werden können.
    Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, hin und wieder kleine Schönheitsfehler. Die Lage ist normalerweise ruhig, leider hatten wir während unseres Urlaubs eine Straßenbaustelle vor der Tür. Die Entfernung zum Strand zu Fuß ist noch annehmbar, man braucht gute 10 Minuten. Kostenpflichtige Parkplätze am Hafen und am Strand sind vorhanden.
    Die Außenanlage mit Pool ist ebenfalls sehr gepflegt. Bäcker und Supermarkt sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar.”

Sie ist mit allem sehr gut ausgestattet was man so braucht, die Fenster haben sogar Mückengitter in den Schlafzimmern (bis auf das Zimmer mit dem kleinem Bad). Die Ferienwohnung war bei der Übergabe sauber. Zwei Doppelbetten hätten vom Lattenrost stabiler sein können, für unsere Kinder hatte es ausgereicht. Die Lage ist ruhig aber zentral. Der Pool ist wenn alle im Haus (3 Ferienwohnungen) ihn nutzen zu klein, samt Liegeflächen. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen!”
