This luxurious ground floor apartment can accommodate 6 people. With its 195m2 size, the apartment offers: three bedrooms, three bathrooms, air conditioned living room, kitchen and roofed terrace with garden furniture. Kitchen has electric stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge and coffee maker. You also have washing machine, hair dryer, bed sheets and towels. All bedrooms and living room are air conditioned.


Note: not suitable for groups of young people. Swimming pool and grill can be used by all the guests in the house 9 – 22h. Visitors from outside the house only on request.

    “Bei dem Objekt handelt es sich um eine sehr schöne Anlage mit 3 Wohneinheiten. Die von uns gemietete Wohnung im Erdgeschoss ist sehr geräumig, gepflegt und es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt. Sehr angetan waren wir auch vom Pool mit Liegemöglichkeiten und einem Grillplatz. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet mit Markengeräten. Wir nutzten sie zwar nur zum Frühstück machen (abends gingen wir immer essen). Weiterhin hat die Wohnung eine überdachte Terrasse. Die Gartenmöbel könnten hier ein wenig qualitativ besser sein. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Dieses Objekt kann bedenkenlos weiterempfohlen werden. Der Mietpreis für die Wohnung war ganz ok.”

    “Wir waren hier im Juli diesen Jahres. Es ist ein auch äußerlich sehr ansprechendes und schönes Haus in dem wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt haben. Unsere Wohnung im Erdgeschoss war sehr groß, sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Alles war im tadellosen Zustand. Und nicht zu vergessen die Vermieter(die im Kellergeschoss des Hauses wohnen) waren ausgesprochen nett und zuvorkommend und hatten bei Fragen immer ein offenes Ohr und gaben bereitwillig Auskunft. Alles in Allem sehr zu empfehlen!!!”
