The agriturismo is on a hill on the Ligurian coast.

The agriturismo is part of an agricultural enterprise that primarily produces olive oil, wine and garlic. It has five holiday apartments with a wonderful view of the town, Borgo Parasia and the Imperia Gulf. They are fully furnished and equipped with all the essentials, to provide guests with an unforgettable and relaxing holiday. There are four two-room apartments and a studio on the ground floor or the first floor. A washing machine is available for shared use. The apartments and the plot of land around the agriturismo have a wireless Internet connection. The apartments are not air-conditioned, but they have heating.

The house has a shared garden with fruit and olive trees, flowers and areas of lawn. There is also a sun terrace for shared use and an area with various grills. Car parking space is provided. The products produced on site are of course available for purchase.

The agriturismo is an ideal starting point for going on trips: to Monaco, the Cote d’Azur, the aquarium in Genoa, the medieval villages Apricale Dolceacqua, Triora, Bussana, or Seborga, Cervo Ligure, Pieve di Teco, Dolcedo and Valloria (known for its painted doors). HI, my name is Raffaele and together with my wife Antonella we manage the tourist apartments located in our villa. This is located on the first hill of Imperia Porto Maurizio close to the city and the Gulf of Imperia. It is 1 kilometer from the city center and 1.5 kilometers from the countless equipped and non-equipped beaches.VILLA ARIANNA offers fully equipped apartments including a fully equipped kitchenette for 4 people and each apartment has a private equipped terrace. Furthermore, the VILLA ARIANNA being located in a hilly residential area is not subject to city chaos, a detail that allows guests a pleasant stay in the name of maximum relaxation.

Two-room apartment of about 45 m2 located on the 1st floor of the villa with independent heating and from summer 2023 served by air conditioning. There is a bedroom with a double bed 1.90x1.60 and a living room with satellite TV, a sofa bed x 2 people, a fully equipped kitchenette with 4 burners and oven and utensils for 4 people. The bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and hairdryer and products. It also has a private terrace or garden equipped for having meals or a drink.In addition, guests can take advantage of a large equipped terrace used as a solarium and barbeque area
