Holiday apartments on an agriturismo with a wonderful sea view, on teh Ligurian coast

The agriturismo is on a hill on the Ligurian coast.

The agriturismo is part of an agricultural enterprise that primarily produces olive oil, wine and garlic. It has five holiday apartments with a wonderful view of the town, Borgo Parasia and the Imperia Gulf. They are fully furnished and equipped with all the essentials, to provide guests with an unforgettable and relaxing holiday. There are four two-room apartments and a studio on the ground floor or the first floor. A washing machine is available for shared use. The apartments and the plot of land around the agriturismo have a wireless Internet connection. The apartments are not air-conditioned, but they have heating.

The house has a shared garden with fruit and olive trees, flowers and areas of lawn. There is also a sun terrace for shared use and an area with various grills. Car parking space is provided. The products produced on site are of course available for purchase.

The agriturismo is an ideal starting point for going on trips: to Monaco, the Cote d’Azur, the aquarium in Genoa, the medieval villages Apricale Dolceacqua, Triora, Bussana, or Seborga, Cervo Ligure, Pieve di Teco, Dolcedo and Valloria (known for its painted doors). The centre with shops is about 100 metres away.

The two-room apartment is on the ground floor and can accommodate a maximum of four people. It provides a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 190cm) and a wardrobe, whose window looks into the living room-kitchen. The spacious living room-kitchen has a sofa bed for two people (160 x 190cm), a dining table and a kitchen unit, which is equipped with an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, an extractor fan, a gas stove with four rings, an electric coffee machine and a toaster. In addition, there is a functional wood-burning oven in which you can bake your own pizza.

The apartment has a private, furnished outdoor area in the garden.
