Holiday apartment in a villa with a garden and parking space

The house built in 2011 with two apartments is located on the outskirts of Liznjan, bordering a little forest.

The apartments are modern and have inviting interiors, with tiles and laminate flooring. It is equipped with satellite TV, wireless Internet access free of charge, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board and air conditioning (cool/warm). Note that the ground floor is not accessible. This three-room apartment of around 60m² is on the first floor (with sloping ceilings). It has a living and sleeping room with a sofa bed, a dining area, and an open kitchen separated off by a counter, equipped with three gas rings, a hob, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, fridge and freezer compartment. It provides access to the terrace. The apartment has a bedroom with a three-quarter bed and a bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower and WC.

The site is partially enclosed by a wall and fence and provides around 500m² of outdoor space, with lawns and palm trees. There are two deckchairs, a brick-built barbecue whirlpool, a terrace (about 7m²) all available for shared use, with furniture. There is parking space on site and on the street by the house. Access is via a 250-metre gravel track.

You can find a shop and restaurant about 600 metres away. It is 1.5km to Medulin and 2km to a rocky and pebbled beach.

    “Sehr schöne und moderne eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem was man zum alltäglichen Leben braucht. Einzig allein eine Standgaderobe
    oder eventuell eine Türgaderobe wo man seine Jacken oder ähnliches aufhängen kann fehlt . Ein Wäscheständer um auch bei Regentage seine Sachen trocken zu bekommen wäre meine Empfehlung. Die Wohnung liegt etwas ausserhalb in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstrasse. Es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt wo man unter anderem auch täglich frisches Brot bekommt.Für jemanden der lieber Brötchen und vielleicht Croissant möchte gibt es aber auch eine Bäckerrei. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 10 - 15 min in Medulin. Das Meer ist auch schell entweder mit dem Fahrrad oder auch mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Der Vermieter und seine Familie sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Er spricht sehr gut Deutsch so das man mit jeder Frage zu ihm gehen kann.Wir waren 14 Tage hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt so das wir es ohne weiteres weiterempfehlen können. Ausflüge: Kap Kamenjak - Eine wunderschöner Naturpark mit vielen wunderschönen türkisblauen Buchten zum Schwimmen und Schnorcheln!”

    “Die Ausstattung und das Platzangebot der Wohnung ist sehr gut, ebenso die Sauberkeit. Die Lage etwas außerhalb des Ortes ist angenehm ruhig (bis auf den Nachbarshund). Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und sprechen sehr gut Deutsch bzw. Englisch. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut in Ordnung. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!”
