Holiday apartment in a villa with a garden and a parking space

The house built in 2011 with two apartments is located on the outskirts of Liznjan, bordering a little forest.

The apartments are modern and have inviting interiors, with tiles and laminate flooring. It is equipped with satellite TV, wireless Internet access free of charge, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board and air conditioning (cool/warm). Note that the ground floor is not accessible.

This three-room apartment of around 60m² is on the first floor (with sloping ceilings). It has a living and sleeping room with a sofa bed, a dining area, and an open kitchen separated off by a counter, equipped with three gas rings, a hob, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, fridge and freezer compartment. It provides access to the terrace. The apartment has a bedroom with a three-quarter bed and a bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower and WC.

The site is partially enclosed by a wall and fence and provides around 500m² of outdoor space, with lawns and palm trees. There are two deckchairs, a brick-built barbecue, a whirlpool, a terrace (about 7m²) all available for shared use, with furniture. There is parking space on site and on the street by the house. Access is via a 250-metre gravel track.

You can find a shop and restaurant about 600 metres away. It is 1.5km to Medulin and 2km to a rocky and pebbled beach.

    “Tento objekt všem vřele doporučuji.Majitelé se skvěle o nás starali,po celou dobu našeho pobytu byli s námi v kontaktu a velmi dbali na to, abychom byli se vším plně spokojeni.Doporučili nám místní speciality, i místa která bychom neměli opomenout navštívit.Řeči o tom,že jsme ,,jen Češi,, se nezakládají na pravdě.Vůbec nedělali rozdíly mezi námi a našimi sousedy z Německa, kteří bydleli ve stejném domě.Poslední den si s námi sedli a společně jsme se večer rozloučily u skleničky dobrého pití a u talíře s místními specialitami.Objekt byl velmi čistý a uklizený.Každý druhý den vyměnily ručníky a povlečení.Denně nové toaletní potřeby včetně toaletního papíru,což není u všech samozřejmostí.”

    “Sehr saubere, gepflegte Wohnung. Genau wie auf den Bildern! Das Grundstück kann problemlos, auch von Kindern komplett mitgenutzt werden. Der Vermieter spricht perfekt deutsch, ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!”
